Nexa Patient Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Home Healthcare Services Platform
Please read this Agreement carefully. By registering, accessing, or using the Nexa Patient App or requesting any service through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
• “Nexa” or “Platform”: The mobile application, website, and all related digital services operated under the Nexa brand.
• “Patient” or “User”: Any individual who registers, logs in, or requests healthcare services through the Platform.
• “Provider”: A licensed healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, or other medical provider) registered on the Platform.
• “Service”: Any medical, nursing, or home healthcare service requested via Nexa.
• “Account”: The personal user account created by the Patient.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Nexa, creating an account, or requesting a service, the Patient agrees to comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all related policies.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Patient acknowledges that:
• Nexa is a technology platform that connects Patients with independent healthcare Providers.
• Nexa does not provide medical services directly.
• Nexa is not a hospital, clinic, or emergency medical provider.
• All medical services are provided exclusively by independent licensed Providers.
4. Medical Emergencies
The Patient agrees that:
• Nexa is not an emergency service.
• In case of emergencies, the Patient must immediately contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
• The Platform does not guarantee immediate availability of Providers.
Examples of emergencies include (but are not limited to):
• Loss of consciousness
• Severe difficulty breathing
• Chest pain
• Severe bleeding
• Suspected stroke
• Serious accidents or trauma
5. Service Requests
When requesting a service, the Patient agrees to:
• Provide accurate and complete health information.
• Provide correct address and contact details.
• Cooperate with the Provider during the visit.
• Be available at the scheduled time.
The Patient is responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Pricing & Payments
The Patient agrees that:
• Service fees are displayed before confirmation.
• Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
• Prices may vary depending on service type, location, or urgency.
• Applicable taxes or fees may apply.
Nexa reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply in the following cases:
• After a Provider has accepted the request.
• After the Provider has started traveling to the Patient.
• If the Patient is not available at the location.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Platform’s policy.
8. Provider Responsibility
The Patient acknowledges that:
• Medical responsibility lies solely with the assigned Provider.
• Nexa does not interfere in diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.
• All clinical decisions are made independently by the Provider.
9. Health Information
The Patient agrees to:
• Provide accurate medical history when required.
• Disclose known allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications.
• Avoid withholding important health information.
The Patient is responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information.
10. User Conduct
Patients must not:
• Abuse, harass, or threaten Providers.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid payments.
Nexa may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.
11. Reviews & Ratings
• Patients may rate Providers after service completion.
• Reviews must be honest, fair, and respectful.
• Nexa reserves the right to remove inappropriate or abusive reviews.
12. Privacy Policy
Nexa may collect and process the following data:
• Name and contact information
• Address and location data
• Medical information provided by the Patient
• Booking and payment history
• Device and usage data
This data is used for:
• Providing healthcare services
• Connecting Patients with Providers
• Processing payments
• Improving Platform performance
• Legal and regulatory compliance
Nexa takes reasonable security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Data Sharing
The Patient agrees that:
• Necessary data will be shared with the assigned Provider to deliver the service.
• Data is shared only to the extent required for medical care.
• Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties except where required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Nexa does not guarantee medical outcomes or cures.
• Nexa is not responsible for Provider actions or medical decisions.
• Nexa is not liable for incorrect information provided by the Patient.
• Nexa is not responsible for delays, emergencies, or external circumstances beyond its control.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Nexa, including software, branding, and content, are owned by Nexa or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
16. Account Suspension
Nexa reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time in case of violations.
• Refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Platform.
17. Amendments
Nexa may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be subject to Egyptian courts.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Nexa, I confirm that:

✔ I accept full responsibility for the accuracy of my health information.
✔ I agree to all terms and policies of Nexa.
